Northwestek manufactures all of its products using quality materials only, so we have complete confidence in the quality of our products. All Northwestek parkas and jackets have a 2-year warranty.
During this time, you can return a product with a manufacturing defect. If it is found to be defective, Northwestek will refund the full price of the item or exchange it for a similar product without manufacturing defects.
If you discover a manufacturing defect, you can return your parka or jacket directly to us at Northwestek, regardless of where you purchased it. Shipping and receiving of a new product is at our company's expense.
In accordance with Article 18 of the Law on Consumer Rights, in the case when defects are found in the goods, if they have not been specified by the seller, the consumer has the right to:
- demand a replacement for a product of the same brand;
- demand a replacement for the same product of a different brand (model, article) with a corresponding recalculation of the purchase price;
- demand a commensurate reduction of the purchase price
- demand immediate gratuitous elimination of product defects or reimbursement of expenses for their correction by the consumer or a third person;
